    TV and The NCAA Tournament

With 12 and 13 now off of cable the tournament will turn into one game plus live look ins. People here are going to be ticked off about 8:30 Friday when ETSU/UK play. ETSU's game will be shown in it's entirety regardless of score in the tri-cities which means channel 11. It might be the first time the removal of two cbs affiliates upsets people.

no, the first time was during the NFL season.

you can get a box from comcast for free and get 12 and 13 and CMT back. if you have a HDTV you just rescan and you will pick the channels back up. on mine it is channels 33-1 and 33-2

Or just get DirecTV and for a small fee you can watch every game known to man and several at one time on the same screen. Good stuff.

I did it last year and loved it. You can have 4-5 games going at once on one screen and if one is close you can click on that game and it will go full screen.

I love some of the special things like this that DirecTV does. Some of the free ones that are awesome are the Olympics, The Masters (great stuff), Wimbeldon, etc.

I always get the NBA League Pass and MLB Extra Innings every year and they are awesome too.

$69 for DirecTv's March Madness package.

But if you have Comcast, you can go out there and get a box and then you'll have channel's 12 and 13 again. My parents did that during NFL season because the Bengals were always on channel 13. I watched 14 of the 16 Bengals games this year on CBS w/o paying a dime for Sunday Ticket.

Re: TV and The NCAA Tournament

The bad thing about DirecTV IMO is they wanna charge you up to $100-$200 for the boxes and then add on a lease fee for those boxes every month. If I pay $100 the box better be mine. But Dish just charges the lease fee which makes sense to me. That's why I went with Dish. But then I'm not as big on these games as some of y'all are.
